When
you purchase a product from us, it is usually divided into multiple
files for your convenience.
We put these files into a type of computerized container file that is
faster to download and easier to maintain.
We
send this "zip" file to you as an attachment to an e-mail.
Once you have installed Winzip on your computer, You merely need to
click on the e-mail attachment you receive to see a list of all the
files contained in the zip file.
For example, if you purchased the Palm Chumash, you will see a list
of the individual Parsha files
In most cases, once you see the list of files in Winzip, you just need
to click on the file you would like to install and it will be placed
on your PalmPilot the next time you synchronize.
If this doesn't work, you need to follow instructions in the Winzip
screen to "extract" the desired Parsha file into your \palm\add-on
folder and install it using the "Install" button on the Palm
desktop screen.
Winzip can be downloaded from www.winzip.com.
The evaluation version is free and it works just fine.
