A) Download the Reader First
1) Download
the Hebrew Reader and install on your device. (You may need WINZIP software
to open and install the Hebrew Reader. If you do not already have Winzip
on your PC, click here to download
it first. At this point you will be able to read our samples and other
.prc files like the RAMBAM.
B) Register Your reader for full
functionality
2) In the Reader, Click "File/About This Program /ID" to find your
temporary ID.
3) Place an order for upgrading the reader to read our files. On the order
page, enter your temporary ID as the "username".
DO NOT ORDER ANY TEXTS YET!
4) You will receive an email with a new ID within 1 hour. Enter it in
the space provided in File/About This Program /ID in your reader.
5) This will give you the final ID for your program. You are now ready
to purchase files for your reader
PLEASE NOTE, THE LETTER "O" NEVER OCCURS IN ANY ID.
ANYTHING THAT LOOKS LIKE IT IS A ZERO.
C) Now Order your text
6) When placing an order for files, enter your new ID as the username
on the order page. Files will be emailed to you within 1 hour. (except
for Shabbat).
To read the nikud files, You will need a unicode font
file copied from your desktop PC. This will be explained in the instructions
accompanying your new ID number.
