In this Chumash, each pasuk is immediately followed by the Rashi. This is for those who study Chumash with all the Rashis. There is no need to scroll through the Chumash in one screen and the Rashi in another screen (see the "Esh" Chumash below)..
This Chumash is also divided by day (Sheini, shlishi etc.) rather than Chapter for those who study Chumash daily in this way (Chitas). This Chumash is less expensive, it's only $14.95 for the entire Chumash. It is available as 53 Parsha files to save memory. This Chumash will also be available for PocketPC soon.
